Does anyone else ever have trouble logging in?

like an error keeps coming up as "your username or password is not correct"

i know the username and password are correct (the browswer has saved the details from last time).

i've had a similar problem before - i left it a few days, possibly a week, and the problem just went away.

only thing....

i have an online assignment due in 1 day. without webct i can't do it.

any ideas?

If even at the last minute it still doesn't work. Make sure you have a classmate or two that have the problem too to back you up, then you can try and send your assignment directly to your tutor instead to show that you submitted it on time.

i can't get on either and i wanted to print off all my lecture notes now while i am at home so i don't have to pay for it! Stupid webct!

I also can't log in, but I know I logged in about 2 days ago, hopefully they will fix it soon.

As sunny said, try and email your assignment to your tutor/lecturer to prove you did it on time ...

thanks dudes for re-assuring me that it wasn't just my end stuffing up.

however, it does seem to be online again this morning, so whatever it was they've fixed it - it's pretty irritating though.

One of my friends was going to call disconnect (I don't think they're in on sats tho)... if it isn't working email your tutor so at least there's proof you tried!

For the people that had username or password problems, try ur uniPIN not the uniPASS, cause sometimes that works for me, even though the field says to put in ur uniPASS.

well it works now (bleh crappy acct mark ).... it was down earlier

i never used uniPIN..... but with the exception of a few hrs earlier 2day, uniPASS has always worked 4 me

UniPIN is meant to be for VoiceMark, which is now decomissioned.

I think it also works on "wombos" if you forget your UNIPass
