I have no idea what I did, but I was logging in, and all the text has changed to Chinese. I just hit the tab key or something, wtf have I done? How do I change back to you know, english???

If you're using Firefox 3.0.5:

1. Click on View at the top of your browser.
2. Hover your cursor over Character Encoding.
3. Is there a symbol marked next to Unicode UTF-8?

If you:

1. Follow steps 1+2 from above.
2. Click Customise List
3. In the Active Character Encodings: table, what does it say?

I think you might have inadvertently changed the language in your browser. Is it just BoS that appears Chinese or does it happen to all websites you visit?

Just BoS it appears on. And I don't use firefox.
