hey guys whats everyone doing the morning before our exam? sleeping-studying - relaxing - cramming!!??? i dont know whether to worry myself about going over all the notes...or just having a relaxin morning...

i was thinking of doing the 2003 HSC paper

exam conditions

from 10am till 12.30pm

should get my brain working and ready for 1.55pm

Actually guys thank you for this thread. I hadn't thought about what I was going to do, mainly cause i've started freaking out.
I've always been alright with maths, but exam situations tend to scare me which means I don't do as well as I could.

I think the idea of doing some of the past papers in the morning a good idea.
I've done some before but which one fo you guys think is the hardest?
I'll try the hardest, that way there hopefully is no surprises.

i think 2003 might be the hardest - they generally get harder every year but 2004 was easier (there's a whole thread on it)

7:30 wake up watch some morning news
8:00 shower
8:30 breakfast, 3 wheatbix nuked for 1:45
9:00 cram
9:15 read "Kings Buccaneer" by Raymond.E.Feist
10:30 do some exercises, sit ups and what not
11:00 continue reading "Kings Buccaneer" by Raymond.E.Feist
12:30 scream and wait till my ride comes to take me to the exam at 1
1:15 abuse my lift for being late
1:20 walk aimlessly around the examination building talking to dear friends.
1:55 cross the river styx
4:30 I'll drink heavily and shout at people.

thats it, more or less.

Ah.

I'll probably study tonight.

Then tomorrow, wake up at like 9. Head to state library until like 12:30. Go grab a bite and then go in to school.

or if you're like me...sleep and get up and chill and study for PD/H/PE and Bio this week...............i don't do maths. HOORAY!

Bah I am soo going to fail PDHPE, my teacher realised (last week of term 3) that we hadn't covered everything!

im not wasting time studying for maths..ive failed it the last two years and will continue to fail anything mathematical for the rest of my life.any type of study i do for maths is too late for me!im going to study for PD all morning:)

anyone else failed maths REALLY badly...i got 19% in HY..and i improved in the trials with 23%..im aiming for about 30% in the HSC tomoro:)

I'll probably just get up and do a few questions to get in the mindset....look over a few note if I'm having problems with anything...Then have lunch and head to school.

What I hope:

8.30 - awake
9.00 - nutritious breakfast (weetbix, fruit, toast)
9.30 - more study
10.30 - do some exercise
11.00 - shower
11.30 - study
1.00 - walk to school
1.20 - get to school and discuss notes
1.52 - go into exam

What will happen:

8.30 - alarm
8.39 - alarm
8.48 - alarm
8.57 - alarm
9.06 - alarm
9.15 - turns alarm off
9.16 - sleep
12.30 - awake and shower
1.00 - get on computer (whilst eating donuts or something)
1.30 - realise what time it is..
1.31 - run to school
1.51 - get to school
1.52 - go into exam

someone!!! when solving an equation that has cubed in it what is the opposite you use to solve it...example for squared you use square root....IM DESPERATE!!!

ok do exam in the morning 2u, then stay at skool and laugh at those who have to do the test (general) then go home and study my ass off for chem and physics....
that way all those who don't do sciences can laugh at me later...
