Started reading Garden of shadows VC Andrews...after that I think I'll join in the hp reading craze lol

just about half way through order of the phoenix. and i have to say, i want to fucking kill dolores umbridge.

That reminds me, they showed a trailer of the movie, on the today show and it looks really good.

I was reading, Honey, Ice, Cinnamon and Black Cat by VC Andrews. Black Cat was good but the rest weren't all that.

i'm just up to the part in order of the phoenix where dumbledore escapes after the DA is discovered and fred and george set off a MASSIVE crate of bewitched fireworks. woohoo, great reading.

I read Tarnished Gold, and Music in the Night by Virgina Andrews...they were so depressing even thought i knew what was going to happen, both were still sad stories

Isabel Allende's Portrait in Sepia - sweeping, beautifully written and poignant, but on occasions a little bit soapy. (by that I mean it became a bit too thoroughly romantic that the ambitions were lost by the protagonist)

The writing is so friggin small - I've spent about five hours reading it over the weekend and I'm still only up to about page 85. It's pretty damn good - hardly an easy read though.

i'm re-reading harry potter and the half blood prince. also reading joseph conrad's "heart of darkness", "lionheart" by jesse martin and "literary theory" by david carter. the latter is a really good summary of lit theory for anyone interested. having trouble staying focused though.

I finished it a couple of days ago, but I'm not too sure that I understood all of it... it has a wierd sort of ending, its a bit unnerving in a way
