Also found Kokoda to be a top read. His book Tobruk is also worth your time, probably enjoyed it more than the Kokoda book because i knew bugger all about our North Africa campaign.

I'm trying to re-read Frankenstein cos we're doing it next term, the comparitive study? i watched Blade Runner people, and I was like , it makes NO SENSE!!! plus, you know with Emma and Clueless you could see the connection? nooooooooo, nohohooooo, not there. I'm having great success with Barve New World though

Novels don't get assessed to stringent guidelines and are read by people who love reading for both the storyline and the moral of the story. Besides which, it's a bit of a stretch to compare your work to the likes of Blair and Huxley.
