What Does "Restricted" mean? (1 Viewer)

I recently dropped one of my units and now I'm doing Communication for the helping profession (or something like that), I can register for the one and only lecture they have, but the tutorials are either full or that they got "Restricted" next to them so I can't chose... can anyone help?

it means the same thing as 'not available'
