Bowl of green grapes (sugar rush)
Passionfruit low-fat nestle 'diet' yogurt
Avocado (by itself, with a spoon)
Half a peanut butter (smooth) sandwich on (Burgen) linseed bread
Large bowl of cherries
Dinner will consist of roast pork and vegetables (carrots, pumpkin, pees, potatoes)
My diet is is acceptable.

banana in the morning
ate a quarter pounder meal a couple of hours ago
and just ate like 10 chocolate eclair lollie things

some mixed nuts and this other stuff, it had dried peas and sultanas and like...yellow...things, I have nfi what it is but tastes OK

Cornflakes for breakfast.

1 banana around midday.

Pizza - around 4 slices just then.

Cadbury Top Deck chocolate, around 3 rows rather mindlessly...

Uhmm. Lots of green tea, apple juice and water throughout the day.

Awesome. =D

so today I have eaten

a piece of banana bread (at about 11am)
and drinking a cup of tea now

I'm full. wtf. was going to consider eating something with nutritional value but it'll probably have to wait until dinner (chicken and salad yay)

I'm sure I should be eating more but unless I'm working I really have not got much to do with my days atm = no energy output. uni holidays are way too long

2 apple, 3 dates, large soy cappuccino, 1/2 kg broad beans, 100g assorted nuts, 1/2 kg of blueberries, 1 pear, 2 kiwis, water, strawberry cake
I swear to god .... I eat too much lol
