Can of Salmon with some dressing
Mince w/ gravy with peas, carrots and corn kernels on rice.

Edit: Oh and a cup of tea and can of coke somewhere in there.

Green Tea.
Grilled fish, green beans, peas and half a potato.
Jelly.
Diet should not equal starvation, your body will want to store fat rather than burn it

Edit: I guess to keep with ze thread theme:

Two pieces of toast
Box of those chicken schnitzel things
Some apples and oranges
Protein shake
Chicken n cheese bread roll
Couple freddos + various other lollies

some qeema biryani for lunch.

glass of milk after weights.

some qeema biryani with mint/coriander yoghurt chutney for dinner (will have more soon).
