then i just ate a jelly snake.

instant noodles with meatballs, luncheon ham and egg
rice with beef, tofu, fish, lettice and sweet and sour pork

2. Uhhhh a meat pie with bits of ham inside.. then a layer of cheese between the "lid" n the meat which melts when it gets cooked..

Pork floss is an asian thing...
I think it's basically finely shredded bits of dried pork... (also comes in beef)
But visually I'd say it resembles fairy floss... just brown in colour n tastes like pork o_O

Other than that..... today I ate:

Brunch: Mi Goreng
Snack: Some freebie sample tub of cereal
Dinner: Teriyaki chicken bento box with rice, miso soup and salad yumm =]
haha wow. im so intruiged!

today, 1/2 serving fat free yoghurt for brekkie
broccoli and a piece of pumpkin just now

^ ahhaha that sounded kinda sarcastic =P

But my brunch to be will be a viet dish...... it's like vermicelli without soup, tossed in with salad (namely lettuce, bean sprouts, carrot, cucumber, with a sprinkle of peanuts), with slices of "xa" which is like the round cylinder shaped meat wrapped in palm leaves, and spring rolls with the specialty fish sauce.....

Cant wait!!

EDIT:
K, just ate it.. so filling.. so stuffed now..

hmm.. there should be a rule. if you don't eat anything, don't post. its an unworthy contributin to what is a very serious point of discussion..
anywho, i consumed:
-skinny cap
-yoghurt bar
-salsa (it says hot but not even. shameful).

Bowl of Crunchy Nut w/full cream milk
Small garden salad
A couple of jelly snakes (fell asleep in Fisher library and drooled all over my bag after I crashed)
Nut delight bar- basically just all different nuts stuck together with honey in bar form.
9 Oporto nuggets
Water
Nudie- mango, passionfruit and more
Bite of sister's whopper jnr
Couple of brother's fries
Made myself a pizza on souvlaki bread with lots of mushrooms and cheese and pepperoni, but it was really oily so I only ate maybe 1/2 of it
Got another piece of souvlaki bread, put some pizza sauce on it, cut it up and baked it into pita chips, but I'm too full to eat them

i reckon it goes either way with stress, you eat tons of crap or nothing of anything.. i dont know which is better.

and yer i ate the salsa on its own. i couldnt be fagged walking to the supermarket.

hmm.. going by my eating patterns lately i think im a stress-minimal-eater. or just lazy. one of the two.

Actually I eat like that lots of the time.

Breakfast
Mid-morning snack
Lunch
Snack with lunch
Afternoon snack
Pre-dinner snack
Dinner
Dessert
Pre-bedtime snack.

Generally the snacks are just doritos or some chocolate. Depends on what's available.

And I don't eat more when stressed. I spend more time at my desk, which might lead to snacking on whatever's around, but I don't really comfort-eat.

Work always screws up my eating pattern =[

Breakkie: 300g lasagne
Break: Bottle of Red Bull
Home: 3 grapes (Before I had to leave the house agn)
Dinner: Pho (viet beef noodles), summer rolls, herbal iced tea
In Gold Class movies: Two Coronas, a HUGE silver mixing bowl full of freshly popped pop corn =]
Snack: Chilli prawn flavoured chips, herb tea

judging from todays eating patterns, it seems like eating heaps is a cure from monday-itis :)

When you are stressed you tend to to eat more fatty and sugary foods. A lot of chocolates, chips pizzas. you might eat less food - but you will eat a lot shit food.

on Turkish bread then when we payed the bill the lady goes "so who had the girl sandwich" :eek: Oh snap!
