dinner: pasta with mixed veges and beef mince bolognese, oj, water.

Wow, WIN brekky! in any case... (and cool lunch btw )

Brekky: Feta, tomato, avo, rocket, cucumber salad. No dressing! tasted diff. More healthy I guess
Lunch: Sausage sandwich with onion and bbq sauce (love free food at usyd), feta, rocket, avo cucumber sandwich. Juice. Water
Dinner: Same pasta I had the last couple of nights. No sausages, but had avo, basil and cheese. water.
After: (omie jay, something for you ) 1 Avmidgaloto. Basically, it's an almondish biscuit which is amazing and has a really unique ingredient most of you wouldn't know. Bought them from enmore lol.
YES! VEGGIES! Now I want that to keep going. None of those days full of starch etc...
