breakfast: protein shake, tsp natural peanut butter
mt: 95g tin tuna in spring water
lunch: chicken, pumpkin, lettuce 2 cups coffe
at: almonds 95g tin tuna
home:1/2 this protein cookie dough stuff i made it's *amazing* has chocolate protein powder, cocoa, dates, almond meal all blended up and frozen tastes so good
dinner: pork, pumpkin
*gym*

Breakfast: 250mL Up and Go yummm..
Lunch: 6 inch sub.
dinner: prob not gonna eat..just a cup of tea and a bit of fruit or something.

lunch: slices of ham and tomato

dinner: i'm planning on making a stir fry for the first time. i don't think it will end well.
can you stir fry cucumber?

Breakfast: tsp natural peanut butter and 5 egg whites
Mt:protein shake
Lunch: salmon lettuce pumpkin
At: a few almonds, 2 red frogs
3 cups of tea
Chicken for dinner and a post workout shake tk come.

i went to the fridge and found out that i bought zuchini instead of cucumber
so i can stir fry it?

and why's that? is it fresher than the fresh food people? :0

Na I eat more now...more of the good stuff. I cut all the fast food rubbish out. Cut excessive carb eating and just sticking to more high protein meals. It's been working well...except today where I had to leave home super early to get to uni. Didn't have time for brekkie or a proper lunch lol.

Anyways, today I had an oregano pizza thing and a cup of tea yum.
Lunch is some Arab food called bamia (its an ocra dish) and dinner is I have no idea.
