chicken salad with avocado, balsamic, carrots, cucumber, onions, capsicum
chicken breast with some sort of hot sauce (low fat low carb) with white rice and broccoli
two tins of tuna

2 x 95g tins of tuna
scoop of pre-workout
*gym* (sipped on pre workout during lol fuck no wonder i'm shaking)
just had a protein shake

i'd rather get my carbs from a source like rice/potatoes then the dressing

quality ova quantity!

(also because i'm carb cycling and some days i just have the chicken and some veggies without a carb source)

Brekky (had it at like 1pm or something): Pasta with chicken mince and a poached egg.

Back to sleep for a few hours, wake up 8:30, so dinner: Goat Curry with 4 slices of bread.

What a lazy day.

how good is breaking up with your boyfriend of 3 years that you don't love anymore. I'm gonna be so skinny for europe. (haha fuck i'm despicable)
