metabolism is what I've been told by ~doctors~

I also exercise a fair bit (I walk basically everywhere but do nothing for my arms/core)

In 20 years when my metabolism goes and I think I don't have time to work out and stuff I'll probably end up fat

nah i think when you're young it sets the foundation for when you're old. if you're thin when you're young (not just fit thin like legit THIN) then you become a skinny old lady but if you're normal or whatever when you're young is when you become chubby.

that's just science


anyway i have no money again surprise surprise

breakfast: protein shake
snack: apple
lunch: 2 weetbix
snack: carrot
dinner will either be something repeated from above probably weetbix or yogurt lol fak

Pre breakfast - Green tea with lemon
Breakfast - a slice of multigrain bread, tuna and an apple
Lunch - 2 chicken sausages, raita (greek yogurt, mint leaves and chillies blended together) and a banana
Snack - a scoop of ice cream
Dinner - probs raita and roast chicken

I guess Im a fatty! :L
