oats + protein + water/milk in blender

use juice instead of water

put sugar in (don't do this)

blend with a banana and make a smoothie

seriously it's not rocket science. body builders can figure this shit out.

A heap of junkfood... Chips, chocolate, lolly snakes, ect. I always seem to eat a lot of junkfood during the holidays.
