brunch: salmon eggs benedict on a bagel

lunch: two pork belly sliders, with chilli mayo and asian slaw

will put some pre-marinated tandoori chicken in the oven for dinner to have with rice and potato salad.

Also, strawberry jam and chilli tuna on rye is fantastic.
you should make chilli jam

i made some not last christmas the one before for people i cbb to buy gifts for and i can't really cook that well and it was still AMAZING do it

all you need is vinegar, sugar, water and capsicums and some pectin and it's fucking easy peasy

6km run when i woke up fuck was so hungry afterwards

1/2 cup porridge with peanut butter stirred in and chobani yogurt on top
banana
3 scrambled eggs with salad and salsa
lime icy pole
2 rice cakes with a piece of plastic cheese
idk what dinner will be probs eggs and salad again das all i have
then fruit and yogurt for d-sert

breakfast: 4 Eggs scmbled w/half a cup of cheese

morning tea: same as breakfast + coffee

lunch: leg lamb chop w/steamed broccoli & brussels sprouts

tea: Chicken kiev w/spinach, grilled carrots and grilled tomatoes in butter

i prefer diet over exercise for weight loss. morning exercise just wakes me the fuck up for the rest of the day

+ a chocolate sundae (got it for free because Nick's gf is a manager at maccas yessssss. couldn't even finish it what wrong me)

yesterday was such a great food day

brekkie
-mini shepherd's pie
- choc milkshake

lunch
- cheesy pasta bake with lots of vegies

dinner
- apple tart/mint granita/some wedges and chips and stuff
- bottle of sparkling, a few other drinks???

5am food pick me up
- double cheeseburger
Brekkie: 2 pork buns
Snack: fruit-free muesli bar, 2 brownies, handful of chips
lunch: medical drink thingy
snack: 2 plates manning chips, 3 schooners cider, glass of coke
dinner: 2 chicken/vegie enchiladas with lots of sauce
bacon and egg roll
small red apple
bottle of orange juice
2 bottles of water
manning burger + chips
a lot of cider ~6 schooners?
pad thai
Brekkie:
- 4 vita weet biscuits with half a large avocado and two fried eggs with noble cheddar cheese

Lunch:
- medical protein drink, 3 mini florentines, 2 rice rolls with avocado, tofu, sweet chilli sauce, sprouts, capsicum, tomato and carrot

Afternoon noms:
-spicy vegetable dosa(!!!!!) with lentil sauce and lots of other yummy things

Dinner:
- 1.5 standard servings of ricotta agnolotti and bolognese sauce with 2.5 scoops of connoisseur cookies and cream ice cream

(i dunno if this is a bad thing doe but make sure you start doing some sort of resistance training or you'll be skinny-fat and no one wants that)

I was being facetious. I saw some pics from the weekend and was like damn. I'm almost looking sick.
