do you ever go to chookas at that little main part of wahroonga shops? i have been there like twice and been disappointed both times :(

breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, a strawberry, 2 soft boiled eggs, an apple, small handful of seed + nut mix
lunch: natural yogurt with 1/2 an apple, seed and nut mix. carrot and hummus
snack: 3 dates, 2 babybel mini cheese wheel things
dinner: 2 boiled eggs with 4 cherry tomatoes

had porridge for breakfast (disgusting)
an apple
about half a tin of rescue remedy pastilles
almost an entire block of dark chocolate
couscous
and a lotttt of coffee

my eating patterns are really screwed up because of trials yay

snack: cupcake (there was a birthday at work)
lunch: sweet potato, coconut and ginger soup. banana
snack: 1 carrot with hummus
dinner: 3 eggs, scrambled with spinach
snack: miso soup

a schooner of new (ugh fuck beer is so expensive in this goddam country)
