some degrees allow you to count them in both. that way i can major

arts is strictly arts unless you subsitute govt units with faculty permission

on a good ntoe for you: i know (through about 3 degrees of separation) someone doing comm lib, doing 2 comm majors and a major in psych. if i can find that person again, ill ask them but in the meantime, theres hope for you. perhaps, go ask the SIO again
