i think your getting a little confused. like there are no contemporary human rights... but there are contemporary human right struggles.. u know wot i mean? like civil and political rights arent new.. they were introduced in 1967 i think, but there are some places in the world where people arent receiving these rights and so it is a 'struggle'.

International convenant on civil and political right- no freedom of poilitical speech in china
International convenant on economic, social and culterul rights 1966-govts set up health centres for adequate health system
Environmental and peace rights; eg PNG on Bouganville island
