A credit average is where the average "grade" of your units is a credit.

It works on the following system:

0- Fail
3- Conceded Pass
4- Pass
5- Credit
6- Distinction
7- High Distinction.
I hope those rankings are right.

technically its possible, but very hard in practice. if you want to get a credit average after failing a unit i think you'd have to get a few high distinctions to make up for the gpa points lost......

Most of the canditure of the certain subject get Credits, I cant remember the exact percentages off the top of my head, but they are different for diff. subjects anyway...thats if the distribution of marks follow a bell-shaped curve

Asq... technicality - Cr: 65 - 74, unless you're at ANU.

It depends on the uni I guess, but a Cr average should be hard if you put the effort in.
