What is the difference between "Force between two conducting wires" and "Force between two conducting wires PER UNIT LENGTH"? How would you calculate either?

exactly that, the latter is per unit length, ie l is taken to be 1 (which is why on the formula sheet for HSC it is given as 'f/l = ...), wherease the former is the force on the wire, in which case a specific length must be stated in the Q.
