For the most part I listen to Switchfoot, Muse, U2, The Who, Cream ... that kind of stuff. It just makes studying so much easier, oddly enough.

Well, I'm listening to U2's "Sunday, Bloody Sunday" at the moment, though U2 usually aren't my cup of tea.

Still, '80s FTW, despite me being born only a few months before they ended.

I'm not allowed to listen to music while im studying, so I study heaps, and if I stress, I listen to enya's carribbean blue or sweet lullabys afterwards. Very soothing. Or O-Zone if I'm in the mood. I love other languages songs

Still, you kinda pick up the syllables after you listen to it for a while, which means your brain still might end up feeding you words when the song comes up XD

Yeah the music is great... it's such a simple song, but it's soo cute... :)

ROcK mUsik ROcKs rOcKs RoX

Hip hop is not my thing. I think the lyrics are disgusting sometimes, and they have no sentimental meaning. I mean, take 'unfaithful' by raihana... thats such a WRONG thing to do, but since she's SINGING it with such an emotive voice, everyone suddenly thinks it's okay to be a whore.

Actually, yes, I'm thinking of the same question: Just who is this band? o_O
:(

The Who:

British band that formed in the 60s. All kinds of awesome. If you've ever watched CSI then you've heard The Who, every theme song is one of theirs. Now check out the height on that jump, that's just sweet.

Cream:

Also from the 60s. Eric Clapton is the guy playing guitar on the right. Best known song is probably Sunshine of Your Love, and it's almost 100% certain that you would know it if you heard it. If you've seen School of Rock you've heard this song. They have a song about Ulysses so you know they're cool.
