what the hell is this on my computer? (1 Viewer)

everytime im on the net i get this and some other crap pop up
and when i go to deleted it, it deletes it and then it restores itself again and while it does it, it freezes the hell out of my computer..
i dont know where and how to get rid of it permanetly, i dont know if it came from firefox or limewire or a virus, anyone know what it is????

Download and scan with Adaware.

Sometimes these adwares provide a genuine uninstaller - otherwise give the tools in the FAQ a try. Start with Ad-aware (easy to use) and see if it helps.

yes ad-aware scans your computer for spyware such as the search bar, and removes it, the search requires while and removal is relatively fast, reboot after the removal to ensure its gone

your download didnt complete well, try to redownload (delete initial downloaded) from a different mirror source on the site, or your hdd is corrupting, i hope not the latter

spybot tends to get rid of the much deeper spyware, adaware is a surface cleaner

i had that same search bar, the best thing to do to remove it is..usually in add and remove programs u will find the option to remove the thing (usuall rnd a couple of MB)remove it and delete all files with that search bar name in program files and then use the Ad- aware program or spy-bot to find and erase the spyware, restart your comp and have a gud firewall to block all unnecessary popups when surfing the net...i use zonealarm...and that should be it (hopefully)
