10.40pm to 11.30pm, just don't bother doing the work if I feel sleepy

i'm actually one of those people who has their optimum work period at night... weird hey... plus i like to stay up late / dont really need that much sleep...

Anytime from 11:30pm to 2am. It doesn't help that I lie in bed for an hour before I fall asleep. Wake up around 7:30-8am

it varies. i'm a distance education student so i'm studying all day according to my own agenda: that is, i wake up at about 5:30 and begin studying at around 6:30, with about a 1-1 and a 1/2 hour break for lunch (I get exercise in at that time as well), and a 2 hour break at dinner. so i usually go to bed at around 10p.m.

Hey, well this is my very first post.. well i get home at 4:30 pm and by the time i have done my homework and notes etc i probably dont get to bed til around 10:30pm because we are told at school to do at least 3-4hrs a night of work.. and i feel like crap cause i have to be on the bus at 7:15am in the morning..lol

i play poker on my fone before i go to sleep lol but seriously if your planning to study or do hw tomorrow i suggest you go to sleep !
