You can't buy your way into med as easily as you can with law as medicine is more competitive and entry is alot more stringent, the diff between cut-offs for CSP and DFEE applicants are minute at the very best and you still have to do well in umat, except for JCU which doesn't use it but it doesn't have DFEE spots.

Bond as it is a private Full-FEE uni, will be your best bet you will require a minimum UAI of 95 with a very good umat score prob around 170+ but the avg UAI/VCE of applicant's would be around 98-98.5 with UMAT scores around 160-170+.

QLD is post-grad only and you need to do exceptionally well to get a provisional entry 99+.

Uni if Tas dislikes taking interstaters esp DFEE and do not have interview so you must have a good TER/VCE/UAI combines with a very good UMAT score, prob 98.5-99 VCE with 170+ UMAT to get an offer, even for DFEE.

UNCLE all applicants will have to have a minimum VCE/TER/UAI of 95 unless they are local students(93.8) and a UMAT of 175-180+ will be prob be required even if you are a DFEE student just to get an interview.

University of WA still lookin at 95 min with a decent UMAT.

DFEE prices at uni's are the same for both local and interstate applicants, the only diff to it is for International Full Fee applicants which have much higher fee's.

Lookin at your username and location i suggest that you try to get ino Monash and do MBBS/LAW or do B.Psyc/LAW you still need to get a brilliant umat score 180-185+(of you get that you could prob get in with as low as 94, but i highly doubt it as Monash is going to be the only undergrad med school in Vic for 09 applicants) and you are ranked in comparision to your VCE at Monash and also Umelb is now solely post-grad entry.

I'd rather attempt do post-grad med CSP then put my parents in that sort of financial pressure by being a DFEE student. Also since your more interested it seems in law, i wouldn't do med if your in it for prestige and the calibre of a field.
