try fiddling around with the video card settings in control panel?
I think it's in BIOS (press Del when you start your comp)
Just click the options one by one and you'll find it eventually :D

ya I did that, and still no success, I'll get gigabyte motherboard incase there is some hardware problems. Meanwhile I'll find something exciting to do. Thankyou 4 help

you either got a dodgy stick of ram or your cpu is over heating

check if its overheating by taking the side off and sticking a large personal fan near it over the the whole thing, if you dont get the problems then, take it back and tell them its overheating.

Did you do everything stated in the rip? Maybe you got a corrupt archive. Often you have to merge some entries into your registry via a *.reg file. I'm all out of ideas, sorry.
