What would happen if there were two people doing Extension 2 English at the same school.
One of them gets first in the internal assesments, but has a crap major work, and the other has a crap mark in the intenral assesments, but has a great major work.
Because of scaling and everything, would they're marks be the same or similiar since, from what I know, the highest HSC mark aligns with the person in first place in the class.
Any help would be appreciated. I haven't really looked into much to do with marks and scaling, and I kind of ignored all the teacher's going on about it, so I'm not really sure about how it all works.
