Ok for FDI, do most ppl just say how it has 2 be shares in an o/s company exceeding 10%. Or do u say that a biz undertaking FDI is creating new facillities such as a plant or soemthin.

i would be careful about using the word 'shares' because it doesnt have to be necessarily for FDI

i would do all of it, you can fit in your 10% etc definition plus give examples to back up your point

it doesnt take long, and its the safest thing to do, well from my pov!

I would define it as purchasing a controlling interest in a foreign company.
