To clarify, schools only send in marks to BOS. The Board then calculates the ranks.

Oh then I saw the board's (draft??) of the ranks. They're personalised with all your subjects under your name.

What they are making available is the rank - not the marks or the gaps - but it is important for you to check your ranks in case a mistake has been made. There is also a limited time in which to make this check so that it can be fixed before the final calculation of marks that are issued.
