Well i havent even studied for the school certificate yet and i was wondering if anyone can tell me when i need to study. Thanks

My sister is pushy me so much saying that oh you will fail life, what are you thinking and yells at me continuously etc etc and she keeps saying that the only thing i'll acheive is band 1. I tend to ignore her and do the opposite (dont study etc), but i realise that i need to study, but is it too late to study?

Here are my trial results:

English: 55/90
Mathematics: 36/100
Science: 50/100
Geography: 24/50
History: 32/50

Do any of you guys think i will get a band 6?

If they are your trial results and you haven't been through past papers, what's the chances of you getting a band 6? My trial results were much better and I was disappointed in them...still am. Just go through past papers.

AND YES GET STUDYING NOW!

I've got a similar problem, but no-one is pushing me lol. My trials were horrible and I haven't started studying yet, and there is no chance for me with the extended responses or essays, so I fail.

I think you should start studying!
Don't stress and don't listen to your sister.
Shes trying to make herself feel better by putting you down. Prove her wrong!!

Do practise exams on the board of studies website and it will be a lifesaver :) Good luck

Trials are way harder, got 50 for Maths final exam and a 82 with no study at all for actual SC. Now there is a 32 mark difference, lol :)

Yeah, no-one this year in Year 10 got above 80 for their trials. The SC is definitely easier than the trials :)

hey don't let your sister get you down...you still have time...go over your notes and syllabus dot points and do some practise on the BoS site and you should be fine :)

I don't see you achieving a band 6 with your current level of effort and trial marks.

today would be a great day to start studying LMAO
lol, I agree. Or if you don't want to study today, sleep early tonight so you can wake up early tomorrow morning and cram then. Works for me :)
