The Law degree (LLB) has PLT subjects as well, so when do get actually receieve the law degree (LLB), is it before the PLT subjects or after it? I also noticed that the PLT has 4 months work experience, so would you recieve it after the PLT subjects + work experience or before it?

You get the LLB when you finish it... the LLB has nothing to do with the PLT as such.

The PLT is part of the GDLP degree NOT the LLB.

You get the LLB just like any other degree - once you've comppleted the minimum unit requirements as set out in teh handbook. eg if you do combined law, you'll get it after 5 years or equivalent
