Where can i buy Mathematica? (1 Viewer)

does anyone know any Mathematica retailers in the Western Sydney area? I want a students edition.. any help will be greatly appreciated

Most places which sell uni textbooks I guess. Why do you need it though?

yes it is a good help but you can download it off the internet if you look in the right places.... i got 5.0, can't get 5.2

I doubt it. Firstly computing isn't part of the syllabus. Also, I don't really see any topic area where it would of major benefit to you. Besides, entering stuff into the computer won't improve your understanding of it.

Be much more effective to spend your money on some good textbooks and the like.

its a good idea to have around when u would like to investigate something by yourself. but yeah don't spend ur money on it if ur deciding to buy it
