cuz reading the posts some of u have teachers that seem real craphouse....
i do i.t at tafe - mac fields....
and the teachers there are alright.... the prelim teachers were good but this yrs teachers arent that great... anywayz post away...

I do all my computer courses in year 12
at school...

instead of going to tafe i have ipt, and ITF(vet course) all based at school..

People who do IT/ITF who have to go to tafe do so because teachers are not qualified to teach them at school

whereas my teacher he is... id prefer staying at school cause you can relate to the teachers and there work i guess

cant u go to a local tafe or do correspondence thru another skool? ur skools if they cant find another way to teach u guys the info and make u do it urselves.

when i did it last yr... i did it thru correspondence OTEN or something like that...

quite interesting... though it was kinda a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

All i can say guys is that our teacher doesn't teach anything until one week beofre exams, and then all he basically does is tell us stuff we already know.

Its an easy course if you know the basics about computers. If not, try and get your hands on the OTEN notes or somthing like that.

I do it at school, teacher is qualified to teach the course ( dont know how), nomally work out of class and do something with the network.

mi teach is quallified to teach IT, and upto the 120hr extension..
hes heaps layed bak and kol with it all..
mad lessons cuz u kould sleep thru em.
