All I know about it is Red Centre..

Is the room number actually called RC4113?

OR does it mean: level 4, room number 113?

Yeap sounds about right. The first digit usually responds to floor level and the remaining digits the actual room number on that floor. So 4113 as you said is Level 4 of Red Centre and room 113.

It's Room 4113, not 113. Yes, the 4 indicates it's Level 4, but the room will be labelled as 4113 (in the Red Centre).

All room numbers will be labelled with the floor number as the first digit.
