I admit I ate weet-bix before the exam. Not because I'm a complete sucker for advertisements but simply because it's quicker than actually trying to cook something. Then I had berocca.

Are you meant to have berocca with food or not? I've been taking it but have no idea about the directions - or doesn't it matter?
I don't know if it would be of benefit to have some before an exam - I'll just try to avoid any stimulants...
