If they did, it would of happened already, not sure, rather hard to predict, but i do remember the first MD, was created by Sony in 1992, so you can see that's about 11 yrs and still some people don't know about it, or some don't appreciate it, i think it will stay status quo, and become the best form of compact Music Storage, but i highly doubt it will compensate for data storage.Originally posted by iambored
