its not jack you dork, its jan like YAN ASSMAN, anyhoo, my ancient class is also quite fond of all these historians/archaeologists but assman is a winnar because we actually made a superhero character out of him :p

Dr Estelle Lazer is an archaeologist who has worked on site at Pompeii for seven seasons and has an international reputation for her research on the city's skeletal remains. She has just completed a major book on Pompeii. She lectures at both the University of Sydney and the University of NSW.

BRIAN BRENNAN


Dr Brian Brennan is a research associate at Macquarie University, specialising in Roman history. He has led a number of study tours to Pompeii and Herculaneum, France and North Africa for the University of Sydney. He is well known to secondary schools in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia through his organisation Modern and Ancient History Seminars, which runs popular seminars for senior students.
lol, both brennan and lazer are being tour guides for a school study tour which im goin on in jan to pompeii and herculaneum

You will have a great time as they really know their stuff and Estelle is known at the sites.

I did the teacher's tour in 2005 and learnt so much about these places (and I thought I knew enough to teach it beforehand).
