I injured my arm yesterday. didn't really realise it was injured, was slightly annoying. Until I woke up at 5:30am with the most incredible pain up my entire arm. My wrist hurts, my elbow hurts, my shoulder hurts like the fucking devil with pms. And I can't even get back to sleep, because the pain is too painful.
