Depending on individual circumstances, I'm sure that there are people who would much rather have not qualified for it, and foregone the 'long term disadvantage'.
Why wouldn't people want to be qualified for it!!?? What is this long term disadvantage are u referring to anyways??

And also if anyone can pls tell me... what are the disadvantages in applying for EAS?

how do you get this EAS booklet. i get youth allowance..so would i have any chance of getting an accception. there are otehr things as well... that i will not disclose.

I got told by my teacher to asks the counseller or the hsc co-ordinator, I'd assume the process would be similar for you.
