My friend wants to do a bachelor of policing at UWS which requires 78 atar. Well he got 78 atar, that's not the problem. But he applied on UAC really late (like a few days ago) because he wasn't planning to go to uni, and I heard if you apply late, you will unlikely to be given an offer in the main round. Well he is worried about that so I am wondering what is the chances of him getting an offer at all?

False. Late applications piss of UAC workers only. He gets equal consideration as anyone else. He should put his prefs by 7 Jan. That's my understanding of it!
