Hey I recieved a letter in the mail today saying im on the waiting list for women's for next year and they'll let me know when the uni offers come out. Do any past girls remember when they applied if this was the same? what i really want to know is do i hav a place dependent on if i get into usyd, or am i just on the list if someone else drops out? i need to know as if i dont get accepted there i've got no-where to live next year!!! thanks

i know it totally sucks right? it's a thing they brought in this year with the new principal. they aren't giving official offers out until you accept your usyd offer so they don't have to deal with people declining ect. it's really annoying!

actually, i got my letter saying i got a place today so maybe you are just on a waiting list until someone declines..

I got a letter saying I got in, so I'd assume it means if someone declines or doesn't end up going to usyd.
