I guess the 2nd interview is the one on one interview with the department manager? Basically the manager will tell you what the job is like then ask you why he should give you the job and your previous employment history (if any) as well as your avaliabilty.

Its nothing hard, its not like this is a real job. As long as you answer all the questions in a sensible way and smile a lot, then you will get it

Woah way to bump a 2 year old thread. Its seriously only like why do you want to work for woolworths?, why are you suited for the job? It's all scripted, like others have said if you answer everything reasonably and look interested its in the bag.
