working hours of doctors, from interns to specialists (1 Viewer)

hey guys, just wondering does the working hours of a doctor ever go down? Say you start on a 70-80 hour week as an intern, does that ever go down if you become a specialist? or do you work that long indefinatly for the rest of your life? What are the factors that determine this?

it goes down.. ure specialty will determine ure work hours..
but realli just dun expect 9-5... unless u end up a dermatologist
