It's got to do with the way your keyboard is aranged.

Somewhere on the page there is something that can be edited that is negative and can be turned into a positive

For 15: I understand that the french keyboard has keys for accents and things on it and the US one doesnt...other then that i cant find much info on keyboard arrangement.
