and dotcomtool bar

does anyone have smiliar problems ??

the stupid site keeps reassigning itself as my default homepage and the dotcomtool bar always seems to keep popping up like every 5 days after i remove it from the computer


besides reformating ... are there any other alternatives to completely get rid of it ?
