Wasn't the theory name for xylem capilarity and for phloem translocation.

Active/passive transport are NOT theories, they are ways in which materials move within xylem/phloem.
And current does not refers to the flow, it means currently accepted theory.

As you know I haven't looked at the paper. But as long as the thoeries you wrote down are current and are found in textbook/s.
