Thanks! Though the reason why I'm scared for year 11 is because so far, my high school years have been cyclic, as in:

Year 7: Completely flunked this year, was in a pretty bad situation socially as well
Year 8: Came back really strong academically and also opened up more
Year 9: So bad I've blocked most of it from my memory
Year 10: Best year so far. I always really happy throughout the year and I got my best report ever

If the trends are right, year 11 will be extremely tough... Though I guess if I keep thinking like this it'll end up becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy

same, I can't wait to get started and find out who my teachers will be, and who's in my class, and what locker I get, but I know a week after I will be begging for holidays to come back

yeah, I came second in my class but for prelims theres only 40 kids, so roughly 4 kids from the mixed class and half from the top classes. I have a feeling im going to come near last for prelims..
