Maths ext, eng ext, chem, bio, society and culture

Math: pump out those past papers + do textbook excercises (I recommend Cambridge and fitzy)
Chem: past papers + textbook questions (chemistry two - jacaranda)

When you do past papers mark down what you got wrong and understand why. There's use in thinking "oh so this is why xx is wrong", rather than "oh I got it wrong, just remember the answer". Once you have narrowed down these weak spots, focus on them and skim over the easier stuff once in a while.
