Maybe try making some sort of reference to another Sophie in pop culture or something? Maybe like in Howl's moving castle how the main character's name is Sophie, your quote could be "Howl's OTP", meaning one true pair or something like that. Just describe the character and hope that people get the reference so that it doesn't seem like it's just a cop out "nickname". I don't actually know any other Sophie's in movies, so you're gonna have to do a little digging.
