edit: good luck btw
yeah internal transfers are much easier since they jus usually look at ur first year/semester results - macq apparently is very easy to transfer..jus get passes and credits and u can transfer to anything thereOriginally posted by Dingo
hey wat about internal transfers minai?
its easier coz they dont look at UAI aye?
well that depends on the NRSL cutoff - I suggest u inquire at USYD about the NRSL cutoff for 2004 (after Jan 19th) so u can have an indication of how hard u need to work in ur 1st yr in uniOriginally posted by strawberry
so after i do the formula thingy and my result comes out to be lets say say 90.5
my chances of transfering back to syd is quite low right??!!??
well, u'll need a lot of Distinctions and High Distinctions..thats for sure..if u got D's for half ur subjects and HD's for the other half of ur subjects, ur GPA will be 6.5, equating to a selection rank of 99.5 - which equates to an NRSL rank of about 87, which should be enough for u to transferOriginally posted by hipsta_jess
ok, i got a UAI of 73.30, and the course i ultimately want to get into needs a cutoff of around 90, so what am i gunna hafta get in furst yr to transfer?
OT at newcastle is around the 90s, sydney, western sydney and csu is around 80Originally posted by zaijan_85
