I hate aljazeera, its so incredibly biased towards the Arab struggles such as the Palestinians and Iraqis. They'll put in anything to criticise Israel and the US. I read the other day that Israel was selling Turkey faulty military equipment. I usually balance it out by reading Israeli media (the Jerusalem Post). Aljazeera is much more one-sided than the Jersualem Post. But nevertheless its good to read both sides of the story to make up your own mind.

Fox News is terrible. I cant believe they have the slogan "fair and balanced", biggest lie ever.

Overall the Australian media is alright.

have to agree there, everyone one is biased, ive lived outside australia and have come to notice that australia is pretty biased when it comes to australians getting involved in something, yeh but i dont blame them, they cant make themselves look bad, even if they are bad sometimes

Unfortunately best news = Fox News Channel. If you don't always believe their 'fair and balanced' slogan, then you have a great time.

I like sky news for ... news.

But for political discussion and such, unless i'm watching question time on sky news at 2:00 i reckon fox news is great for it. On "hanity and colmes" for example you get a great view of the perspective of both sides on different matters, and it's interesting how both views generally make very good points.

If the right complained about CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, PBS, the New York Times, the Washington Post, Time, Newsweek, Vogue, Reader's Digest, NPR, etc. etc. half as much as lefties scream about Fox News maybe then we could develop a true unbias view of what the true news is.

I like the australian, i actually thought it was swinging to the right since i like it so much.

Fox News offers news... as well as opionions of different people.. it's interesting to hear there opinions.

I do however believe that "meet the press" does this in a much less biased fashion.

Yea, i'm usually watching sky news with the fam while we eat dinner cuz we've just gotten sick of stories about Lleyton hewitt n shit like that..

i dont consider channel 10 news to actually be news......
channel 9 is ok at times.....but yeh i have to go with sky news or sbs.
